To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

相比起譚仔三哥,一直覺得譚仔系比較好食d。每一次去譚仔的分店,都會想試下食豬肉,不論是系旺角,葵芳,荃灣,牛頭角那邊的分店,點的豬肉出來都系有口感有嚼頭,感覺彈牙,粉紅色。但今次堅系令我好失望,出來的豬肉,散成一堆肉碎,一咬落去感覺似咬緊散修修的雞肉口感,連形狀都唔似一塊塊的豬肉,個店員同我講話,d豬肉系煮得太耐,先會咁,大佬,一塊豬肉你要煮幾耐先回煮成pet野咁,做廚的,日日夜夜煮,沒理由唔知火候噶,你又咁快上到菜, 煮幾耐心照喇,除了系食材原本的品質問題我想不到有其他的理由。差評!
