今天是七夕,特意訂了這家位於嘉里酒店內的新西菜bong,和女朋友浪漫一下。餐廳面積不大,有室外及室內座位,位置空間感足夠,景觀一流,環境有情調,正好可以舒舒服服地傾計,但記得要先訂位。晚上有三款套餐可以選擇,今晚不太餓,只點了一個套餐Share吃。Bread侍者隨即送上熱烘烘的兩款餐包,香氣十足的麵包條配上牛油、黑醋及橄欖油,輕輕一蘸,酸甜適度,十分開胃。Sweet Pumpkin Cream Soup南瓜濃湯口感細緻綿密,有著濃郁的南瓜香甜味道,味濃上口帶有層次感。Sous vide Chicken Salad雞胸低溫慢煮,所以肉質依然軟腍多汁,新鮮沙律菜配上特製的乳酪醬汁,輕怡開胃。Grilled Scallop with Salmon caviar烤過的帶子鮮甜軟糯,三文魚肉質滑膩柔美,而Caviar口感清奇有趣,佐以不同的伴碟鮮果,每一口都有口味口感的變化。隨後侍者送上不同的鹽和調味料,配撘牛扒有不同的味道。Dry aged Ribeye Steak with King Tiger Prawn熟成後的牛扒的蛋白質被分解的過程中肉質會更軟更嫩,同時亦會將牛肉味道濃縮,因此牛扒沒有

熟成後的牛扒的蛋白質被分解的過程中肉質會更軟更嫩,同時亦會將牛肉味道濃縮,因此牛扒沒有多餘的調味,入口就是純粹的豐腴肉汁及濃厚肉味,虎蝦個頭巨大,一咬彈牙鮮味,伴上烤香的蔬菜正好解膩。

跟餐的Tomato Linguine份量不多,所以我們另外單點了一份正常份量的Cream Linguine,從看似最簡單的菜式中便可試出一家餐廳的水準,所以叫了這道最基本的蕃茄醬意粉,手工意粉做到Al dente,口感豐富,意粉有淡淡麥香蛋香,蕃茄醬汁煮透入味,每一啖都滋味豐美。
