To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餐廳位於Sogo附近。午餐只有1款素食定食，可加錢追加小食。點餐用QR code，走五辛可以係點餐前告知店員。一般午市套餐可以免費加配熱飲，而素食套餐已經包含玄米茶，冇得額外免費加配飲品。素心司一人前 ($98)涼拌亞麻籽山藥丁黑蒜和風海藻沙律素壽司拼盤 (8件)竹炭杯一口冷麵紅豆冰卷素壽司拼盤包括有紅椒、雞脾菇、雜菇、素肉、香芒牛油果卷。雜菇以金菇為主，黑松露味濃。香芒牛油果卷入面包咗青瓜、牛油果同酸蘿蔔。海藻沙律嘅醬汁似柚子醋。浸住冷麵嘅豉油汁味道偏鹹。山藥丁口感爽脆，撈咗日式胡麻醬，旁邊放有椰菜絲。紅豆冰卷嘅皮滑身，口感彈牙，入面包有紅豆餡，唔會好甜。
