To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 成日食indian food, 素菜 都係第一次品嚐,唔知係點解呢?!食飯到7,8點,全間餐廳坐滿人,仲要全部都係indian, 不如所料,啲菜式好好食仲好正宗添。先來一客烤芝士, 軟軟硬硬,同平時食的唔同,好似食緊硬豆腐咁,幾有趣!招牌naan bread黃豆咖喱,我幾鐘意,原來豆同咖喱又幾夾菠菜咖哩, 有濃濃的菠菜香Samosa 我至愛,可惜我地最尾先食,凍左d. 另外加個喀什米爾炒飯,辣辣地有好多香料,哩個我好鐘意巨型dosa, 霸咗成張枱咁大,四個女仔都食唔晒,但用來沾sauce 真係好脆囗好惹味Fresh orange juice食到捧住個肚的一餐
