To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 經典素食滿満登登嚟到味蕾,今次去到一間話題度爆燈嘅素食店,發現佢哋嘅菜色同普通素食截然唔同,冇得輸!先講吓呢個香茅金柚鮮果沙律,真係「爽口」得嚟又「清新」,啲金柚爆晒汁,同香茅香味混合埋,食落好夠kick!再嚟就係呢個玄奧嘅素香鬆苜蓿芽手卷,呢個當真係獨創,攞豆類嘅香鬆黎取代傳統手卷嘅魚蓉,夾埋爽口蘆筍同苜蓿芽,咬落去口感豐富,香酥得黎又唔油膩,真係高招!對於個牛肝菌桃膠忌廉濃湯,真係無嘢揀剔,牛肝菌嘅濃郁香氣加上桃膠 silky smooth嘅口感,同埋啱啱好嘅濃稠度,湯底親呢,令人飲一啖再一啖。至於羊肚菌黃耳籮蔔燜素腩煲,口感層次好豐富。羊肚菌同黃耳籮蔔絲絲都滲透咗燜汁嘅滋味,嗰個素腩煲都做得啱啱好,唔會太硬或太爛,啖啖都係濃郁而又鲜甜嘅好味道。當然少不了嘅羽衣甘藍菜飯,簡單嘅一碟但每碟都飯籽鬆散,乜都講得過!食完主菜,甜品嘅椰汁南瓜糕就來做收尾,南瓜香甜溫潤,加埋椰汁正到不得了,飲品食品味道都咁正,真心推介!下次食素,記得搵呢間,真係一啖難忘!🌿🍽💚
