To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 佢唔洗提就自己主動分湯，湯好似湯包咁，唔夠熱仲可以自己叮更熱，仲要密封，唔會整到成個外賣濕曬，因為仲暖暖地，所以冇再叮熱赤丸配玉子拉麵拉麵似幼麵，唔算好彈牙無小麥味，普通，個汁係黑蒜汁再配味增，唔錯，叉燒選擇炙燒叉燒，無炭香味，叉燒係薄切，冇咩口感。玉子正常醬汁唔算好入味，湯底有少許豬骨味整體可以接受，但建議下次將湯包叮翻熱，可能更好味。
