終於排隊食到陳鵬鵬!話說嚟咗香港之後日日夜夜都排長龍生意勁好 其實好多朋友都鍾意食潮州菜,不過就好難搵到一啲正宗嘅餐廳。潮汕菜起源於唐朝,歷經千年傳承與創新,享譽海内外,被譽為“國際上最好的料理”。本身都知道呢個品牌喺內地好出名,佢哋一共有20年餐飲從業經驗,目前已超過30間直營門店,仲喺好多比賽裏面獲得獎項!當然要試吓佢哋嘅超值金獎潮滷拼盤,啲滷水每日五次現場滷,確保新鮮出爐!拼盤有蛋、鵝掌同豆腐,加上白醋,特別美味開胃。另外仲食咗佢哋嘅潮汕七樣菜,真係有七樣菜!分別有小棠菜、白菜仔、娃娃菜、椰菜花、普寧黃豆醬、韭菜同埋芥菜,清清地幾好食,果然係非常傳統嘅潮汕風味哦!韭菜鵝血煲,平時多數食豬紅韭菜,但呢度係用鵝血,質感入口有明顯分別,湯底用了一些香料令味道有點辣辣的。香煎鯧魚係我覺得最好吃的菜,炸過金黃色,皮和骨也可以吃用很香口,骨肉分離,方便食用。海鮮砂鍋粥也有驚喜,完全估唔到勁多蠔仔蝦同埋甲殼類,啲海鮮好鮮甜,尤其個蠔!啲粥又唔唔會太熱又唔唔會太水,果然係正宗潮州粥。甜品本來想叫雪糕,可惜已經賣晒!紅糖仙草蜜加芋圓同薑薯綠豆爽都係唔錯嘅選擇,佢哋嘅草仲係自家製添,食落清甜解膩。
