To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

原來是新加坡文華大酒店的味道～這家店每次行過都好香，但都經常排長龍呀！難得平日行過嘛就進去吃吃吧~最吸引人的是蘿蔔糕！星馬的炒蘿蔔糕真的是非常好吃的～這兒炒的不錯，夠乾夠軟糯，調味就係要十足黑黑的才好吃！真的是一口接一口停不下來呀🤩咖哩豬肋骨有好多條！真係要讚美下，菜同肉份量都好多，咖哩夠香，很下飯😙說到新加坡當然少不了美碌恐龍！亦配上一個椰子雪糕，造型已經夠打卡able，味道也好濃，如此濃味的主菜之後來一個清新的椰子～😊🥥椰同奶都夠香！唔好睇個椰子細細，入面啲雪糕都有好多，仲有椰子肉夾埋一齊食，起清爽，食完咖哩真係要叫返個！
