To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

終於放鬆社交距離啦！亦終於都可以返到南坊食飯啦🥳一行6人到來晚饍，由熟悉嘅bosco主廚發辦！先來4式頭盤😍😍靚到不得了，最鍾意一個新演繹皮蛋酸薑，用糯米紙包裹。優雅得來令人想起少少童年回憶既白兔糖🥰 再來北寄貝清湯😱望住熱清湯慢慢倒入北寄貝漸漸變色😍香氣撲鼻味道濃厚！跟眼前清優優既湯！強烈對比一個一個主菜陸續上枱，香炸立鱗魚件，三蔥脆炸雞，經典咕嚕肉，巴馬火腿波菜苗😍😍😍😍😍😍每款都有自己嘅味道特色，各自性格特出！就好似好熟悉嘅朋友，但又明顯地跟之前有明顯分別🤪可以肯定的係餐廳更上一層樓！無論由師傅手法到樓面招待都令人感動！Happy Ending既甜品真心完美演繹！多謝經理及主廚招待🙏🏻🙏🏻
