To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本人已有一段時間無去美味廚打邊爐,今曰同3位朋友上到去,D伙計仲記得我姓咩超開心.一上枱先來糖心皮旦及酸青瓜,ok保持水準.湯底又多咗幾款......法式鴨湯...川辣花螺湯...芝士焗洋葱湯...咸菜胡椒豬肚湯.除咗普通雙拼原來仲可以三拼..勁.叫了一碟本地手切牛肉...肉味夠濃,牛肋骨肉..無骨..夠淋.芝士咸牛肉餃,ham木耳餃,咸豬手丸...七色丸...夠新意.仲有冬天一定要有既......豆苗..唐蒿菜.先前有人話依到D伙計會sales海鮮,講真間間舖都有啦.我哋都無點海鮮.埋單$17xx,ok喎,大家都話可以接受,都好滿意.
