自從見到龍蝦all day breakfast 嘅賣相,呢間餐廳就一直放咗喺我嘅waitlist上面,今晚終於有機會黎試吓。M5和牛肉眼扒 ($368)足12oz超級大份,本來怕會係日本和牛咁油膩,但切開同平時嘅肉眼西冷感覺分別唔大,但係明顯更加有肉汁同更甘香,肉味同油香之間平衡得啱啱好。 配菜揀咗忌廉薯蓉同薯條,本來怕咁多薯會厭但各有千秋,唔好懷疑就係高級餐廳嘅自家製味道,強烈推薦呢個配搭。蝦膏蟹肉車厘子扁意粉 ($168)好多時蟹肉意粉都預想到係嗰浸忌廉帶少少鮮甜味,但呢度真係食到好強烈嘅蝦膏味,仲食到一梳梳蟹肉,真材實料。乾蔥大蒜忌廉汁煮紐西蘭鑽石蜆 ($218)個汁十級香,鑽石蜆飽滿有彈性,略嫌海水味重咗少少,不過忌廉同蒜香令味道柔和返,同朋友食唔停口。 意大利軟包焗到脆卜卜,怒點忌廉汁一流,如果可以原個麵包挖空倒滿汁咁焗就正喇。

好多時蟹肉意粉都預想到係嗰浸忌廉帶少少鮮甜味,但呢度真係食到好強烈嘅蝦膏味,仲食到一梳梳蟹肉,真材實料。
