漁獲浜燒,係我一直滿心期待想食的一間日式浜燒店。原因不用多說都係口碑好,服務佳,質素應該有保證。今日一試,的確冇令我地失望,亦好值得我推薦一下。先叫左杯巨峰乳酸梳打,巨峰味濃又唔太甜,開胃。再黎刺身盛盒。五款刺身分別係,牡丹蝦,三文魚,油甘魚,金目鯛同埋馬糞海膽。賣相擺位排列都好好,可謂色香味俱全。牡丹蝦長過隻中指,肉質爽口鮮甜,入口即溶,滲透著濃濃嘅鮮蝦味。厚切三文魚,發揮正常,口感唔錯。油甘魚脂肪較多,每一啖都散發著油甘魚嘅甘, 配以店內嘅柚子醬,香味洋溢。因為吞拿魚未有貨,店員幫我地轉咗金目鯛。 第一次食呢種魚生,味道雖然較淡,但係好清甜,肉質爽口,又係另一種美味。 最後當然唔少得馬糞海膽。呢次我第二次食馬糞海膽,上一次食好大浸屎臭味,我以為正常既。點知今次食完全唔同,食落清甜美味,而且海膽味好濃郁,一塊一塊唔黏口。 我即刻問店員點解會爭咁遠,佢解釋原來我哋上一次九月食嘅馬糞海膽係唔新鮮,所以佢哋都轉咗另一種海膽嚟代替。睇得出呢度真係幾老實可靠。 香煎蒜片厚燒牛舌。雖然係厚切,但係食落一啲都唔蘇, 而且口感極佳。腍得嚟又好有趙口,加上去煎得夠香口,蒜香夠野未。 燒白鱔又係好好食,

燒白鱔又係好好食
,肉質好厚,而且燒得啱啱好。下面皮好香脆,上面啖啖白鱔肉。配上燒過嘅鰻魚汁嘅燒焦香味,好惹味。
而且大大碟又好抵食。

我哋嘅主菜啱啱先開始呀!味噌蟹甲羅燒,蟹膏入面加入咗雞蛋一齊燒,所以口感幼滑,蟹膏好香濃, 燒完之後散發陣陣嘅蟹膏香。令人垂涎欲滴。值得一讚嘅係佢加入咗 麵包糠,加強咗個口感。再配合佢塊多士 一齊食,真係好食到難以形容。

漁獲浜燒盛盒,等我逐一介紹下佢哋喇。 第一樣係燒生蠔。燒生蠔加入清酒煮到七成熟,生蠔食落微熱,但係啲肉汁出曬嚟。肉汁加埋清酒 形成咗個湯,個湯清甜美味。半熟嘅生蠔入口即溶,又帶少少嘅苦澀味,正到冇朋友。

帆立貝真係大大隻,有成乒乓波嘅橫切面咁大粒。叫咗乜都抵返曬啦。
帆立貝有兩種食法,第一種係牛油芝士煮,第二種就係清酒煮,我哋都係鍾意食原汁原味嘅清酒煮法,咁先可以食到帆立貝最鮮嘅味道。粒帆立貝亦不辜負我哋嘅期望,清甜嘅程度比北寄貝更加出色,食到飽死我哋呀。

食到我哋飽飽之際,靚仔店員為我哋推介咗兩款甜品。佢話呢兩款都係必食㗎!左邊嘅係蕃薯雪糕,右邊嘅係蜜柑雪葩。 嘩~兩款都真係好好味, 左邊嘅雪糕蕃薯味好濃郁,而且口感好嫩滑,佢話加入左cream喎。右邊嘅蜜柑雪芭,又係蜜柑味濃到好似飲緊果汁咁,酸酸甜甜,甜度適中。呢兩款甜品真係做得好出息,出色過好多甜品甜品,真係必食之選。


除咗食物方便,我要讚下呢度負責燒嘢食既店員,佢企足一個鐘為我哋客人燒嘢食,冇停過手。而且佢燒緊嘢食嘅同時亦都樂意去解答我哋嘅問題,而作出相應嘅推介。真係做到好專業,燒得亦非常出色。


呢個價錢,喺呢個區食啲咁有質素嘅食物, 真係好值得一試再試。漁獲濱燒已經成為我心目中喺香港第一位嘅日式食肆。
