漁獲浜燒,係我一直滿心期待想食的一間日式浜燒店。原因不用多說都係口碑好,服務佳,質素應該有保證。今日一試,的確冇令我地失望,亦好值得我推薦一下。先叫左杯巨峰乳酸梳打,巨峰味濃又唔太甜,開胃。再黎刺身盛盒。五款刺身分別係,牡丹蝦,三文魚,油甘魚,金目鯛同埋馬糞海膽。賣相擺位排列都好好,可謂色香味俱全。牡丹蝦長過隻中指,肉質爽口鮮甜,入口即溶,滲透著濃濃嘅鮮蝦味。厚切三文魚,發揮正常,口感唔錯。油甘魚脂肪較多,每一啖都散發著油甘魚嘅甘, 配以店內嘅柚子醬,香味洋溢。因為吞拿魚未有貨,店員幫我地轉咗金目鯛。 第一次食呢種魚生,味道雖然較淡,但係好清甜,肉質爽口,又係另一種美味。 最後當然唔少得馬糞海膽。呢次我第二次食馬糞海膽,上一次食好大浸屎臭味,我以為正常既。點知今次食完全唔同,食落清甜美味,而且海膽味好濃郁,一塊一塊唔黏口。 我即刻問店員點解會爭咁遠,佢解釋原來我哋上一次九月食嘅馬糞海膽係唔新鮮,所以佢哋都轉咗另一種海膽嚟代替。睇得出呢度真係幾老實可靠。 香煎蒜片厚燒牛舌。雖然係厚切,但係食落一啲都唔蘇, 而且口感極佳。腍得嚟又好有趙口,加上去煎得夠香口,蒜香夠野未。 燒白鱔又係好好食,

除咗食物方便,我要讚下呢度負責燒嘢食既店員,佢企足一個鐘為我哋客人燒嘢食,冇停過手。而且佢燒緊嘢食嘅同時亦都樂意去解答我哋嘅問題,而作出相應嘅推介。真係做到好專業,燒得亦非常出色。
呢個價錢,喺呢個區食啲咁有質素嘅食物, 真係好值得一試再試。漁獲濱燒已經成為我心目中喺香港第一位嘅日式食肆。
