To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 經過呢間餐廳好多次,一直覺得好遙不可及,覺得唔係自己去嘅地方。一試之下,覺得驚為天人。一入門口見到成堆乾鮑,已經值回票價。其中最值得推薦的係:38頭鮑魚配鵝掌:鮑魚炆得夠入味,好有糖心鮑魚張口嘅感覺,感受到廚師用咗好多心血去熬製乾鮑。頭抽蒸龍蝦:龍蝦爽滑,冇得彈。蝦膠釀雞翼:雞翼已經去骨,外皮揸得香脆,裏面的蝦膠10分入味,係鮮味和鬆脆的混合。而且服務員會好耐心咁講解每一道餸嘅煮法。雖然尊敬嘅阿一師傅已經仙逝,但係食物質素仍然保持得好好,服務質素係全港數一數二。

頭抽蒸龍蝦:龍蝦爽滑,冇得彈。

蝦膠釀雞翼:雞翼已經去骨,外皮揸得香脆,裏面的蝦膠10分入味,係鮮味和鬆脆的混合。

而且服務員會好耐心咁講解每一道餸嘅煮法。

雖然尊敬嘅阿一師傅已經仙逝,但係食物質素仍然保持得好好,服務質素係全港數一數二。
