一個人又自己吃午飯。今天去了荃灣區工作,便順道到了近來話題熱烘烘的南豐紗廠逛逛。餓了便獨自到了3樓的一間冰室吃個碟頭飯。這裡好繁忙,好多客人,店員都做得很落力很辛苦。叫了一個好經典的叉燒蝦仁炒滑蛋飯配熱鴛鴦,$58,價錢公道。經典係佢好大碟,好多滑蛋,好多叉燒,好多蝦仁。蛋炒得好嫩滑,唔老,充滿蛋香味。叉燒係半肥瘦,好腍。蝦仁好大粒,雖然味道啖一點,但亦好爽口。還有一點要提的是它的甜豉油,令道碟飯生色不少,又唔會變得過鹹。
