To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平日黎金華通常食菠蘿油，但今日有啲餓，所以叫盡啲，揀啲極盡邪惡嘅野食。*咖哩豬扒芝士撈丁*聽到個名就知道重口味，一黎就見到海量芝士醬，芝士中和左咖哩嘅辣味，呢個組合好難唔好食，但戰鬥力真係有限，食幾淡就膩，一定要同人share，尤其係凍左之後更難KO。豬扒略嫌乾柴左啲。*豬扒炒公仔麵*好有鑊氣，炒得乾身，公仔麵唔會軟淋淋，相比起芝士嗰個，呢碟無咁膩，但同樣道理，真係唔好攤凍食，凍左嘅公仔麵就有啲難搞。
