To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天去灣仔書展,既然順路,自然要嘗嘗在本網站好評如潮的華星冰室。就點了一份經典的荼記早餐,火腿通粉、炒蛋、牛油多士、熱奶荼,$28。通常憑就這幾款食物,已足以評論一家荼記的水平。每家荼記幾乎都有火腿通粉,但多數也做得馬虎,不是通炒煮得過綿,就是湯底沒味。這裡的通粉上桌時還很有彈性,湯底夠味,火腿絲也算不俗。平凡的菜式做出高於平常的水準,值得一讚!有網友讚這炒蛋特別好吃,也許因為期望過高,我卻覺得不是如此特別。蛋是炒得不錯,不會過熟,而且有一點蛋汁,其實挺好味的,但和澳牛的炒蛋相比,還是相差一點(澳牛的炒蛋更香滑多蛋汁)。這荼記用的是厚多士,烘得挺挺,皮脆包嫩,裡面夾著牛油,也挺香口。單吃也不錯。而我就喜歡把炒蛋夾在裡面吃。有蛋汁的炒蛋,夾在脆多士中吃,吃起來特別有滿足的感覺!本人酷愛港式奶荼(熱),嘗盡港九新界各餐廳之奶茶不下五十家,雖未敢自詡為專家,但對奶荼卻自有一套看法。奶和荼的均衡很重要,紅荼過盛則入口苦澀,如呷濃荼;淡奶太多則破壞荼味,淪為台式奶荼。個人認為一般以橙啡色的奶荼(淡奶不太多,仍有紅荼的蹤影)為最佳。淡奶份量恰到好處,沒有蓋過紅荼味,反而更突出了紅荼的香醇。這家荼餐

我認為,只要奶荼做得好,蛋炒得妙,一家荼記基本上就可以「番兜」!所以,他日再路過灣仔,我也許會再來一遍。
