To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這是第二次去。除了飲咖啡外，便是食souffle,上次食原味，今次試了綠茶。其實是有水準的小店。份量夠，綠茶味濃，texture 也好好，夠熱，沒有凹咗下去那些造得不好的souffle。等了廿分鐘左右，送到枱上，一食下去，同我想像中一樣，很好，無失望。咖啡也很大杯，souffle 連咖啡做下午茶，绝配！兩人也只是$138.這店是一對年輕夫婦經營，因限聚令只可兩人一枱，本來全店只有一枱客，到我們走時，已坐滿。替這勤力的兩口子開心。他們是有心人，走時，他們還對我們說最重要是我們食的開心，滿意，他們已夠！太好，要支持。我一定會再去這“有心”的小店。
