在繁華的都市中都會有一個寧靜的靜土,收工後相約了友人食個便飯,一同四人去了一間酒店內的西餐廳食個海鮮晚飯,放鬆了心情下更可以開懷地多吃一點。 餐廳內的燈光柔和帶點昏暗,也讓人感到好舒適,而且當中的客人都比較斯文,都是收工後的上班一族及小情侶較多,不少客人都會點番支餐酒、一大埋冰鎮海鮮盤來酒言歡及痛吃一頓。 店中設有一個大型開放式的海鮮吧,多種的海鮮分別來自不同國家的海鮮,當中生蠔的款式都好多,還有法國大膏蟹、大隻的Scampi、大隻的蟶子....喜歡食海鮮的食客都會深深被吸引著。 醃製橄欖味道鹹鹹帶微酸,作開胃前菜都不錯。 等了一會,一大盤的生蠔終於上枱...... 個飯整體偏濕潤,當中的意大利飯粒不會好似傳統的煮法而形成半生熟米,軟硬度適中帶點煙韌,大菇厚肉肥厚,口感都好柔滑鮮,入口滿是香氣撲鼻,原始的菌香亦會在口腔內慢慢飄散,每啖飯的汁醬濃郁帶芝士的香味,吃起來不算好膩,讓人齒頰留香。

這是此店的招牌甜品,原隻香梨分成四件鋪在圓圓的酥皮上,即叫即焗,上枱時已經熱辣辣,梨肉充滿梨的原有的天然果香及水份,啖啖juicy ,烤至金黃的酥皮,入口香脆又鬆化,而香脆的焦糖帶些黐牙的口感,讓人一試難忘。

時候都不早,明天大家都要上班,現在時間是大約九時幾,我們都要埋單離去,。整體食物水準都晤會太差,最值得讚是冷盤海鮮真是好新鮮,甜品Pear Tarte Tatin 是我們四人都一致認為是值得推介的。服務都會主動換碟勘水,好有效率又nice,都是一間不錯的餐廳。
