打電話訂位時係留言,不過大家唔洗驚,佢會好快覆電話。原來佢得一條線,一講緊就會立即彈去留言信箱。環境: 1) 大廈裝修緊,所以冇得用平時嗰條電梯,要行幾級樓梯。2) 燈光柔和,室內間隔冇乜改變,只係覺得多左d盆栽,綠色左。3) 可能我健碩,所以覺得唔係好夠冷氣。不過見到佢喺所有風位到加左塊野,控制住唔好吹倒客人,算佢幾細心。味道:1) 大家睇完menu,不妨問下哥哥仔當日有乜好介紹,因為好多時佢地唔夠時間印埋喺個menu到。2) 用料新鮮,配菜醬汁講究,連食物既presentation都好得。大家食得好滿意。 Pan-seared Rougie Foie Gras:皮脆心軟,煮既時間剛剛好,讚。拌碟既梨同帶甜既汁都好親個鵝肝,一d都唔溜。精心推介一。 Baked Oyster with Cheese & Spinach:(請留意,依道餸唔喺menu上。)好夠熱,菠菜同芝士既份量適中,每隻蠔都好大好鮮甜。精心推介二。 Lobster Thermidor:(請留意,依道餸都唔喺menu上。)味道非常好,個汁濃而不溜。龍蝦甜美,只係有少少overcooked,不過肉質完全唔嚡,所以扣左一分。
