To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

插曲!今次係太子試咗一間不錯嘅食店，食物真系一絕！我地嗌咗幾樣，每款都有咁啱口嘅睇頭。海鮮粥跟D嘅海鮮咁鮮，飲一啖就好似置身海邊🌊，粥底都滑嘟嘟，連飯粒都講得出故仔。嚟到椒鹽九肚魚，啖啖肉感，香脆得嚟唔油膩，間中又嗅到嗰股淡淡嘅海味。至於蠔餅，真係大塊蠔肉🦪配以香脆餅皮，係種咬落去嘅痛快。東風螺😏，佢個甜醬真係突出晒鮮味，而家諗起都仲想多食幾口。炒飯呢，就系典範，飯粒粒粒分明，噴香得嚟又唔會乾巴巴。食物味美價錢又親民，真係難得一試。下次一定會再去，仲有啲咩好嘢等緊我未試呢？😋👍
