To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

想食得經濟啲，今晚試食呢間。重點小鍋米線，有辣又有唔，任我選擇。我揀左唔辣。唔辣果碗冇加其他配菜，轉食薯粉，只係$28，十分經濟。雖然唔辣，但有芽菜、芫茜、酸菜和九菜，都很惹味。唯一挑掦嘅係加$3的薯粉，咬極都好似咬唔碎，太QQ,早知食米缐，慳返$3。我男朋友㨂左辣，加左$8配左腩食，腩肉好入味，又不太肥，唔錯。湯底同唔辣個碗差不多，都有芽菜、芫茜、酸菜和九菜，另加上辣汁，對好辣之人係越食越醒胃。好辣之人首選。
