大蝦挺墜手,輕易把肉身拉出,肉厚肥美,啖啖肉,幾鮮嫩,有咖喱香又不失鮮味,好味!大蝦應是先炸後炒,故挺香脆,而蝦頭亦載有甘香的蝦膏,很吸引。

有咖喱又點可以無薄餅?Roti ($65)一籃共有兩塊,每塊已預先剪開四份。烤酥餅熱辣辣又酥脆,餅身柔軟,一層一層,不算油膩,沒有令人吃至滿口滿手油淋淋,淨吃或蘸上咖喱醬汁同樣美味。

Menu上原本是烏頭魚,但原來可改鱸魚,老爸對魚要求高,當然改為明爐香草蒸鱸魚 Pla Pae Sa ($255)。原條鱸魚已預先弄熟上枱,再淋上秘製湯,點着火爐,邊食邊滾,一直保持温度,吃得更滋味。

鱸魚體積中等,主骨已起出,方便進食,挺貼心。肉質相當鮮嫩,特別魚腩、魚鰭和魚尾最嫩滑,而背部肉質亦潔白鮮味,相信比起烏頭魚的肉質較好。

吃泰國菜總喜歡吃椰菜苗,今次也不例外。蒜香椒絲炒椰苗 Pad Pak Ryan ($90)炒弄得剛好,保持翠綠爽脆,很有咬口,還有些冬菇,豐富一點。整體少油少鹽,簡單配上蒜片,滿有蒜香,不錯!
