To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 無論中廚和西廚都喜以鴨子入饌,後者喜以炸的方式處理鴨子。這酥炸鴨子能做到外皮酥脆油份不多不會油膩膩的,卻略嫌肉質乾身了點,相比之下還是中式鴨子較為美味一點

令人滿意的一道主食,份量十分巨大,和牛漢堡扒質感厚實且滿有肉汁,厚厚的包身外脆內軟,加上黑松露沙律醬就更添滋味。再配以新鮮沙律菜和酸瓜,吃罷令人滿足。

這兒的食物份量不少,至此已飽得不行,友人還是貼心地點了甜品精緻版的法蘭西多士,味道跟港式西多士相去不遠,賣相卻是精緻得多,味道會較為細膩一點。立體的黃金炸麵包上澆上糖漿,伴雲呢拿雪糕、忌廉和焦糖脆碎同吃,感覺較為特別一點,可是我腦海中仍擺脫不了港式西多士的影子,相信老外嚐到這道甜品相信會較為驚喜吧!
