常常見到朋友光顧浜燒水產店,看似幾有風味。剛好有朋友推介焱丸水產,趁著妹妹生日,就帶同父母一起來試試!提前了個多星期透過openrice訂位,前一晚才訂的話就訂不及啊~~店舖裝潢充滿日本風,掛滿了各式各樣的海報與飾品,見到「活イカ」(活魷魚)﹑「かに鍋」(蟹鍋)等海報貼圖,好符合水產店的路線~~~每張桌上置有烤爐,會有店員協助磯燒海產!!甲羅燒是今次的目標食物之一,點了兩隻初代蟹噌甲羅燒及兩隻二代目黑松露蟹肉甲羅燒。這裡的甲羅燒才$68隻,之前在其他居酒屋試過約百元的甲羅燒,當然要試清楚有什麼分別!最明顯的差別是蟹膏份量沒那麼多,這裡的甲羅燒除了會拌入鵪鶉蛋外,還有蔥花﹑少量蟹肉及蟹籽,再加入味增調味。味道不算好香濃,但以$68的價錢來說,質素是可以接受!黑松露蟹肉甲羅燒,聞到淡淡黑松露香,但吃的時候稍稍比蟹噌甲羅燒鹹一點。海鮮炒飯,海鮮配料有蝦﹑蜆肉﹑蟹籽等等,炒飯的調味較為淡,而且略略油了一點。份量足夠4人吃!焱丸活貝大盛,有扇貝﹑生蠔﹑鮑魚及白蜆,一上桌就見到扇貝﹑生蠔和鮑魚都好新鮮﹑大隻與飽滿鮑魚仍然會郁動啊!!扇貝和生蠔燒完後,質感仍好軟嫩多汁,燒過後味道夠香又鮮甜!鮑魚切開
