To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

羊肉串、燒生蠔算唔錯，但性價比不高

我鍾意食羊，今晚喺太子附近，上openrice search邊度有羊食，見到呢間主打食羊，又咁多好評，就特別嚟食，但食完真係有少少失望🥲.用qr code點菜，但上菜速度比較慢，更有漏單情況出現。.我哋叫咗以下食物：羊肉煎餃 10隻 — 我本身都有點期待羊肉餃，但餃子皮煎燶咗少少，所以食落有苦味；而餃子餡亦比較少，韮菜比肉還多，韮菜味道蓋過了羊味.牛肉餅 2件 —呢個牛肉餅都ok，煎得幾香，係餡比較少.娃娃菜粉絲 —娃娃菜好入味，蒜蓉粉絲味道濃郁不錯，這碟$48 份量相對真係少.內蒙羊肉串 —今餐最滿足這個羊肉串。有羊味，肉質嫩滑，好重孜然粉，幾惹味.扇貝粉絲 —很多蒜蓉粉絲，味道都唔錯.燒生蠔 —醬汁有好多蒜蓉辣椒，幾惹味，生蠔都算厚肉，都算幾好食.總結嚟講係有點失望，以上食物共$360，性價比不高，不過羊肉串、扇貝粉絲、燒生蠔算相對比較好。
