話說是日和同事去到荔枝角青山道附近買嘢,湊巧碰著食晏時間,心想反正平時甚少嚟到呢頭食飯,於是就選擇在集蘭冰室祭一祭五臟廟。揀咗是日午餐精選嘅干炒豬頸肉烏冬,作為是日嘅午餐。以紅蘿蔔、椰菜、韭菜、蝦及豬頸肉伴炒,外觀對於一間茶餐廳來說,已沒什麼可挑剔,烏冬飽滿有嚼口,也炒得頗為入味,豬頸肉反而比較干身,以至於影響整體口感,很難嚼得開,偏韌,是唯一美中不足之處。
