在鰂魚涌英皇道1001號8樓有一間新開的食四川湖南菜嘅中菜館,叫湘蜀人家,地點方便,食物價錢亦都唔算貴,所以我哋就去試吓。 我哋叫咗半隻湘西啤酒鴨($228),上菜嘅時候覺得份量好多啊!鴨的味道濃郁,微辣,鴨肉肥厚,有姜蔥洋蔥等配菜,送白飯好正。雜糧窩窩頭($58)有五隻可愛的小窩窩,在窩裏放一啲青辣椒雪菜豬肉碎一齊食,惹味,喜歡吃辣的會喜歡。小蔥醬油炒飯($75)我最喜歡,飯粒粒分明,伴蔥一起炒,味道適中,不會太鹹。我特別喜歡吃蔥油餅。蔥油餅($30)外面好脆,裏面有好多蔥,咬落去沙沙聲。我們都是餃子控,叫了一籠鮮肉蒸餃($53),大大隻。裏面嘅豬肉餡好多,另外韭菜豬肉餃($62)有六隻,韭菜豬肉夾味,點醋一齊食,很有風味。兩個人食到好飽,還可以打包回家今晚再吃呢!下次可以再來,試土家酸菜粉條燉鮮魚。
