筆者喜愛日本菜,所以平日也四處尋找美味的日本料理。在云云日式美食之中,最常吃的當然是刺身壽司,其次是拉麵串燒,天婦羅是比較少接觸的一環。最近在 OpenRice 有一間網評頗佳的日本料理「天秀」,主打天婦羅美食。既然一眾殿堂資深食友都投下信心的一票,就一於訂枱試試。天秀位處上環九如坊,短短的一條街食肆臨立。餐廳門面以粉紅色作主調,甚為搶眼。店內地方不大,以廚師吧枱為主。其實這樣的格局對提供天婦羅美饌的食肆來說甚有優勢,其一是品嚐天婦羅最緊要即炸即吃,坐廚師吧枱可以把炸品的送遞時間減至最少。其二當然是於進餐的時候可同時欣賞廚師的手藝,亦方便與他們作深入交流。 晚市不同的套餐以天婦羅菜式的數目決定,是晚選擇的廚師發辦套餐內含前菜、沙律、御飯、甜品及十六款天婦羅。前菜是鯛魚雜菜煮物,厚切的鯛魚件,魚香不俗,但口感難免實了一點。雜菜有蘿蔔、紅蘿蔔及青豆,製作腍身入味,健康多樣化。接下來是一道四點刺身,內含真鯛、帶子、海膽及鮑魚。真鯛雖切得薄透,但無損那份清爽口感及鮮甜魚香。帶子與海膽匀產自北海道,食感十分新鮮,由帶子至海膽,甜美幸福感浪接浪。鮑魚產自青森,口感實了少許,相比其他刺身評分稍稍被比
