To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同朋友到長沙灣食飯，到達餐廳不需要等位就可以入座。我們叫了一個招牌酸菜魚，一份手拍青瓜，一個炒時菜蒜蓉西蘭花和流心西多士加雞中翼，另外一杯菜蜜和一杯雜果賓治。首先上的炒蒜蓉西蘭花，蒜蓉炒得香而且西蘭花不會太軟身。之後上的是青瓜，麻油香而且量比我想像中多，青瓜新鮮又爽口。再來的是酸菜魚，我們叫了小辣，辣度適中而魚沒有骨之餘又滑，入口即化。另外鹹度適中，就算沒有伴飯都可以入口。入面還有菇、萵荀和粉條，非常之多料。最後流心西多士，西多士中間有流心鹹蛋黃，而且還有牛油係面，非常之奸惡但又非常之好食。鹹中帶甜而且整份西多士都炸得香口。整體而言，味道很好，而且價錢合理。
