尋晚竟然比我搵到間新奇有好食嘅泰國餐廳,係位於銅鑼灣堅拿道西冠景樓嘅小火山。餐廳主打泰豬鍋,即係烤肉+打邊爐一鍋二食。一到步店員會拎一個類似韓式烤肉板過黎開爐,唔同嘅係,板嘅周圍係會放湯,而且一邊係雞湯,一邊係牛骨湯,好盞鬼。食落就會知點解要咁做,陣間揭曉豬肉拼盤- 北海道千歲米豚:豬肉味突出,肉質細緻- 波蘭A級無骨豬腩:油脂分佈均勻,而且切得唔薄,食落會多一層口感- 手切泰式豬頸肉:肉質結實爽口,切成條狀,口感質感都一流- 泰式豬梅片:腩位,切成大大塊,上台時會有一隻生雞蛋喺上面比大家撈埋一齊煮,所以肉質會更加滑身,雖然大舊,但口感鬆軟,肉質細嫩,品質非常好,食完大滿足- 芒果糯米飯:尾聲甜品,完美落幕韓式烤牛肉就食得多,烤豬肉就少見,而點解要先打邊爐,之後先拎去燒?我估係因為豬肉更着重口感,肉片較厚,所以先打邊爐煮熟,再烤香,肉質會更嫩滑,肉味亦會更突出,效果係出奇地好,絕對刷新左我地豬肉嘅想像。呢餐非常滿意,正正

豬肉拼盤
