To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日約左人一齊食晚餐男朋友話呢間啲煲仔飯好好食,想試埋羊腩煲就試下啦去到即刻叫左個臘腸膶腸煲仔飯因為要等差唔多廿分鐘真係即整之後叫左羊腩煲,啫啫芥蘭,椒鹽九土魚全部野食都好好味 羊腩煲唔係hea野 勁足料 有勁多羊肉 仲要唔un 又多枝竹真係好正啲羊味道勁大so味 岩哂啲重口味嘅人個汁又重南乳味 但因為係咁煲下煲下 所以食到最後有啲咸個啫啫芥蘭煲有好多蝦乾上黎熱辣辣又唔太咸又唔太淡仲要有很多肉碎去餸飯 好美味囉椒鹽九土魚唔會好多炸皮係到 仲有醋比你點埋一齊食 卜卜脆 用醋又可以帶出鮮味最後個煲仔飯豉油係分開上嘅 你中意落幾多就幾多佢啲臘腸膶腸平均分佈係飯上面攪均後可以食出啖啖飯有陣臘腸膶腸香飯又唔會太濕真係值得推薦

羊腩煲唔係hea野 勁足料 有勁多羊肉 仲要唔un

又多枝竹


真係好正


啲羊味道勁大so味 岩哂啲重口味嘅人
個汁又重南乳味

但因為係咁煲下煲下 所以食到最後有啲咸

個啫啫芥蘭煲有好多蝦乾

上黎熱辣辣

又唔太咸又唔太淡仲要有很多肉碎去餸飯 好美味囉

椒鹽九土魚唔會好多炸皮係到 仲有醋比你點埋一齊食 卜卜脆 用醋又可以帶出鮮味

豉油係分開上嘅 你中意落幾多就幾多
