To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

飲早茶已經係香港人嘅習慣，特別係老一輩，可以係茶楼同街坊吹吹水，吃個飽。所謂水滚茶靚巳經深入民心。要選一間點心好食又大眾化，新都城一期海港酒家就好有水準早茶點心好多款式，但係吃一盅飯就唔少得細細盅鳳爪排骨就啱啱好，半肥瘦排骨和入味鳳爪絕對絕配，如果餸唔夠加埋燒賣就滿足好多呢度啲三煎飽都好有水準，大個料夠又入味，賣相已經好想食最重要坐得自在又舒服，唔嘈閉，可以慢慢嘆茶
