To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

鐵板蒜香一口牛定食($68包晒前菜嘢飲同湯🥣)一呈上黎就見到飯面係滿滿嘅牛粒🤤大細剛好又唔會好韌👍🏻撈生蛋食真係好正!朋友叫咗個🐔照燒雞扒飯($66)賣相一樣吸引🤩試食咗舊都覺得味道 不過就咸咗小小🤭另外仲追加左兩款小食 啲錢會捐去612人道支援基金 兩款食物一啲都唔頹！餃子加$10有三隻 炸得好脆 雞翼都係加$10有三隻 味道就見仁見智 自己就覺得煮得好入味好嫩😋朋友就覺得鹹咗少少😂不過加$10有三隻雞翼真係好抵🤑而且仲咁有意義😉住港島區嘅朋友有機會一定要去食!
