位於K11 MUSEA內嘅「金枝玉葉」,象徵著如金玉般華麗的枝葉,菜肴就如藝術品般精緻,氛圍奢華高雅~先來既幾款前菜已有眼前一亮嘅感覺,「冰沙酸梅聖女果」富有冰鎮嘅擺盤,入口酸酸甜甜的非常開胃;喜歡「蒜蓉拍萵筍」富有清爽感,蒜味不會過分濃郁;「陳醋啫喱紅蜇頭」質感爽身,有嚼勁; 「紹興炸臭豆腐」配甜醬,亦甚有風味當晚燉湯係「雲南羊肚菌赤肉燉老火湯」相當足料,滋補養顏「手工蝦多士」亦相當值得點,每件蝦多士均一飽滿,入口滿口芝麻香當晚最有視覺效果該係「蜜汁火焰豚肉叉燒皇」 ,蜜味香濃,特別適合喜歡吃瘦叉燒嘅朋友— 個人認為如果叉燒能夠再肥美一點的話,效果該會更理想「黑豚肉餅蒸蟹」亦係不能夠錯過嘅菜式,或許有不少人會將重點放在吃膏蟹上,但係盡收膏蟹湯汁精華嘅黑豚肉更係不可錯過呢~即使吃得很飽,也要留一點點位置給「瑤柱蛋白炒飯」,飯粒粒粒分明,夠晒乾身! 「黃金大煎堆」係我覺得當晚既MVP,圓轆轆很吸睛以外,皮薄煙靭而不過油膩,相當好食
