To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次入到黎大埔搵好嘢食，相信大家對83號公路一啲都唔陌生。而我就係第一次食。雖然店內環境唔算太寬躺，但勝在裝修搭救。以黑色為主題牆上掛有唔同種類嘅汽水蓋。以西餐為主題，例如漢堡包薯條意粉等等。啱晒年輕一族嘅口味。前菜方面，選擇咗沙律開一開胃先。主菜分別就點左BBQ趣脆芝士流心純牛肉漢堡及焗大菇意大利燴飯。先講講牛肉漢堡，表皮包上一層煙肉內裏夾住芝士及牛肉感覺10分新穎而且味仲唔錯添。芝士控要注意⚠依個飯10分重芝士及忌廉，而且味道係會令人食過返尋味。值得推介一下。而喺飲品方面就揀咗藍莓沙冰味道都唔錯㗎。如果經開大埔不妨試吓。
