今晚同朋友去左IFC食飯, 食完呢餐真係好滿足,環境好靚,食飯時又可以望住個海。然後每道菜無論賣相同味道都係一流。我同朋友叫左個set叫世味人生,話明世味人生,入面一定係好多味道。第一個菜係慢煮雲南辣泡椒皇帝帶子, 粒帶子又厚又大粒,好鮮~ 個泡椒唔係好辣,加埋一齊好好味我好鍾意個象拔蚌夜香花乾貝燉夏瓜湯, 呢個時間飲呢個湯真係好啱, 而且裡面好多海鮮,成個湯勁鮮甜~私房吉品溏心乾鮑魚扣鵝掌都好好味,鮑魚同鵝掌都好入味呢個古越龍山20年花雕蛋蒸海蝦好得意,上菜既時候侍應會問你飲唔飲酒,然後佢喺個蒸蛋上面噴左幾下花雕,個蛋好滑好香~食左一輪野,佢就上左個珍寶珠去清一清個口~ 佢其實係一個sorbet, 我唔知呢個味既英文, 但佢食落似山渣,酸酸甜甜好開胃~呢個鹹酸菜奶油濃魚湯生煎麒麟魚係我另一個favourite, 佢個湯底係酸菜魚既味,加埋個魚真係好出色。個麒麟魚煎得好香好脆,浸下個湯一齊食, 有2個口感~ 之後到砂鍋菌香雞, 呢個雞上之前侍應會喺側邊用砂鍋炒香啲雞再上碟,佢全部都係雞脾肉,個雞好滑好入味~黎到最後一個鹹點,就係呢個石頭魚蝦米節瓜湯浸鴛鴦米,比起頭先既菜,呢個係比較清淡

黎到最後一個鹹點,就係呢個石頭魚蝦米節瓜湯浸鴛鴦米,比起頭先既菜,呢個係比較清淡,但其實個魚湯好濃魚味,為鹹點劃上句號好適合~
