🔽「桃味噌銀鱈魚」
銀鱈魚好滑,但沒諗過白桃同味噌兩者係咁夾,完全冇搶大家風頭,係濃郁嘅味噌之下,入口仍然有白桃的清香。

🔽「大蝦配蟹膏醬」
蝦肉入口新鮮彈牙,食嘅時候一定要點埋蟹膏醬,滋味即刻上升。旁邊兩塊脆卜卜多士用嚟點蟹膏醬食,一樣咁正。

🔽「牛柳配鵝肝」
牛柳我哋揀五成熟,入口有濃濃嘅牛肉味,而且係嫩滑多汁,食嘅時候仲可以配埋炸蒜片。鵝肝的表面燒至金黃色,配上黑蒜汁,油脂在口腔化開。
