To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 老公之《生日飯》話說回來我同老公都好中意食拉麵/沾麵/烏冬,本身生日晚飯book左位食串燒,點知老公突然話想食拉麵,咁我地就去左(熊拉麵),我地6點就到左,一個人都未有,任座唔嬲,我揀左座吧檯,本身諗住試下沾麵,但原來係期間限定,每個月都唔同,有少少失望,唯有食其他,我地叫左,元祖魚介熊拉麵 $97:湯底魚香非常濃郁,叉燒我揀左火灸肥叉燒,入口好淋,櫻花濃蝦拉麵 $88:超多櫻花蝦,個湯底香到飲入口似龍蝦湯底,芝士魚肉條 $32:好香芝士味,魚肉條個面燒到燶燶地,口感脆脆地,大阪風味餃子 $42:一咬入口,勁多醬汁,非常好味,而於麵質我地揀中幼麵(硬身),我覺得都ok,同嘛個糖心蛋係超正的!
