To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 朋友生日相約一班好友去食京菜，上網睇到評語唔錯，所以就選擇這家餐廳慶祝😄老家心靈美 $78這道菜是以生蘿蔔醃製而成，酸酸甜甜的十分開胃，作為前菜是很好的選擇，相當醒胃！午門面青 $118淮山香脆可口，炒豬頸加左芝麻，肉質十分香口，而且爽口又唔會有油膩感！老家燜子 $108一粒粒好精瑩好似啫哩小小的，煙煙韌韌幾特別，原來是由蕃薯去製成，很特別的一個菜式。胡同刀削牛肉麵 $88牛肉切片及配以大葱和蒜片同炒，炒得十分香口，配了粗身刀削麵條口感煙靱，湯底濃郁👍🏻北京填鴨 半隻 $210不可以缺少的北京填鴨，我地點左半隻剛剛好，填鴨切了片，放在熱辣辣的餅上配上青瓜條和京葱絲，點上烤鴨醬一同食十分入味。高力豆沙 $15/個最後點了高力豆沙這款甜品，即點即整炸到金黃色色的內裡是豆沙，外面滿滿的沙糖，食落都唔會很甜剛好！
