To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 身邊好友升職 請來身邊好友來聚一聚選擇了有名的香港老飯店 一直以來都知道這餐廳是老品牌卻還沒有機會來 這次一次過品嚐了不少好吃的上海菜!前菜有花雕醉雞$128酒的香味平易近人 沒有蓋過雞本身的肉味 肉質也是非常的鮮嫩 皮薄🐔無錫脆鱔 炸了以後的魚味雖然流失了 不但 配著沒酸的醬汁還是很好吃的小籠包當然是必選的!這裡每一份都有十隻 好彩我們有很多人分😂這小籠包非常的好吃皮堡卻帶濕份 沒有乾巴巴的感覺而且湯汁很多 肉也很甜 很久沒有吃過這麼好吃的小籠包👍🏻朋友很好客!為我們每個叫了一碗紅燒雞絲翅$238 調味略微重手一點 但是魚翅的份量的確很多👌🏻在這裡也吃到很出色的椒鹽鮮魷 魷魚非常新鮮 炸漿亦都很薄梅菜扣肉是今晚的另一個亮點🍚五花腩肉肥瘦均勻 炸完再蒸令肉質肥而不膩 配梅菜咸甜 餸飯一流另外我們還點了娃娃菜、炸銀絲捲等⋯謝謝朋友的接待 相信如果以後想吃上海菜 也會在再來🥢
