📍九龍城大邊爐之前朋友話喺九龍城一間叫大邊爐打邊爐啲食物質素非常之好。晏晝同同事食飯講起好耐冇打邊爐,佢哋都話想去,於是我哋四個人就約埋星期六一齊去大邊爐打邊爐。我哋四人約咗喺宋王臺地鐵站等一上地鐵站,唔使2分鐘就到。湯底要咗皮蛋芫荽湯,傳說中的封門柳'手切安格斯肥牛,三寶丸,油麥菜,同一斟竹蔗茅根水。手切安格斯肥牛佢係比較切得厚身少少,油脂分布均勻,大概8秒到五成熟,入口即溶。傳說中的封門柳肉質鮮紅,薄切,3秒已經可以入口,牛味較重。油麥菜翠綠新鮮,入口爽脆。三寶丸墨魚丸:新鮮彈牙梅菜豬肉丸:即係好似梅菜肉餅咁,不過將佢變成丸幾特別牛丸:牛丸都幾彈牙,有肉汁竹蔗茅茅根水:唔太甜用嚟解熱氣一流。
