去開屯門做野,有一個鐘頭食飯時間,話多唔多,話少又唔少,人生路不熟,好不容易先喺置樂嗰邊揾到個錶位,喺附近見到間燒臘飯店,見d燒臘都似幾好就入去食下!原來呢間鋪頭由90 年到而家,數下數下,都算係一間老字號!本來想坐低叫個雙拼飯食,不過睇下餐牌,發現坐低食要$48, 外賣$25 , 咁即係逼我買外賣啫,見外面天氣唔係咁凍,就叫左個燒肉油雞飯去外面公園坐低食!可以屹立不到成為一間老字號必定有佢既原因,燒肉皮係爆脆皮,仲脆過薯片,油雞d皮入晒味,除左有老抽味外,仲有一陣應該係玫瑰露酒既味道,雞肉嫩滑,以$25價錢嚟講係幾抵食!另外我仲加$5叫左個例湯,估唔到會咁足料,有咁大舊瘦肉,仲有好多蘿蔔,呢$5 真係抵俾!所以話能成為一間老字號,必定有佢既原因,價錢同食物既質素都係好重要!

可以屹立不到成為一間老字號必定有佢既原因,燒肉皮係爆脆皮,仲脆過薯片,油雞d皮入晒味,除左有老抽味外,仲有一陣應該係玫瑰露酒既味道,雞肉嫩滑,以$25價錢嚟講係幾抵食!

另外我仲加$5叫左個例湯,估唔到會咁足料,有咁大舊瘦肉,仲有好多蘿蔔,呢$5 真係抵俾!
