朋友每次提及粵軒都大讚。疫情過後終於有機會一嘗。平日晚上,入座時環境比較清靜。見Menu上都係家用小菜配有檔次食材。行政主廚係設計菜單上都花咗不少心思。前菜係醃青瓜,配上芫茜🌿。 本人係芫荽及蔥厭者。見朋友大讚,淺嘗一次。竟然無濃烈芫荽味。酸味適可而止,一讚👍🏻厚切叉燒係粵菜其中最常見嘅菜式。上菜時擺盤無花臣,心想咁簡約嘅? 夾上手已感覺到肉質鬆軟,放入口就完全感到醃肉味道剛好,味濃但不咸。厚度剛好。簡簡單單但花盡心思。另外馬友煎肉餅,有馬友咸香,肉餅煎得乾身而脆口,但入口卻非常juicy芝士焗蟹蓋成個蟹蓋裡面舖上舖天蓋地嘅新鮮蟹肉,只加入極少量洋蔥碎增加咬口。同坊間最唔同嘅係,只得極微薄嘅白汁同芝士碎舖面,一來唔會掩蓋蟹肉嘅鮮味,二來絕對真材實料貴得有價值👍🏻隨後嘅上湯莧菜,西湖牛肉羹,正常質量無大驚喜反而煎雪魚有啲奇怪,唔知點解我係食到鯇魚味
