To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

鍋貼係上海菜代表食品,所以每逢去上海菜館必定會點。呢份鍋貼,皮比其他嘅薄,似餃子多過鍋貼,饀料都係平常水準,不過底部煎得夠脆,仲用麵粉水煎成羽根餃子,食得過癮。

酸辣湯$78

上枱夠熱,酸辣適中,如果多啲筍絲本耳絲會更好食。

死前必食醬爆肉丁$138

今次食飯嘅重點,睇完香城映畫慕名試食,肉丁有酒香夠惹味,上枱趁熱食滋味一流,不過如果京葱可以切幼啲應該更好食。

鱔糊粗炒$138

又想食鱔糊同粗炒,估唔到有呢個組合。鱔條爽口,韮黃夠多,薑絲夠幼細,醬汁可以再濃郁啲就更好。粗炒用烏冬比較失望,如果用番傳統上海粗麵,觀感就完全唔同。

今晚準時6點到,連埋我都有4枱客,不過見到廳面未算好整齊,如果可以執番企理,好似「不租之客」條片咁樣,可以做多幾枱客。樓面阿姐配小妹妹,待客態度好似咖喱係片入面咁,無乜笑容,有欠親和主動,我相信不少觀眾都想支持小店同品嚐「死前必食醬爆肉丁」,今次晚飯,我認為食物水準不俗,不過用餐體驗稍欠理想,市道雖然差,但如果出品優秀,總有客人捧場,借林耀聲喺片入面對白,希望舖頭做得住,捱過市道低潮。香煎鍋貼$48

今餐飯嘅重點。好奇怪,推出咗咁耐,網上竟然無人出試食報告,抱住極大期待同好奇心,睇完香城映畫慕名嚟試食,肉丁有酒香夠惹味,上枱趁熱食滋味一流,係可以ENCORE嘅菜式。不過如果京葱可以切幼啲應該更好食。
