To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 要數香港的老牌上海菜館,老飯店一定榜上有名。這次是個三人行,先來一客炒土豆絲。土豆絲炒得爽,趁以鹹香的雪菜以及清香的青椒,不禁令人食指大動。異曲同工地,爽甜的四季豆配上鹹味和油份俱重的欖菜,兩者相得益彰。這碗紅油抄手是清爽版,少油少辣多甜;抄手皮薄,肉質鬆而有汁。反為梅菜肉包較為失色,叉開包子,即見到梅菜多於一切,間中有多少肉粒,吃下亦然,而且應該全部都是甜梅菜吧,太甜了。當友人讀出羊肉搶濶麵的時候,大家都以為是羊肉腸?原來是一碗羊肉湯麵,羊肉香而不騷,麵也好吃。八寶芋泥餅是個驚喜,煎得夠香,不會過甜,吃完也不覺膩。是一頓很清的上海餐。
