細路女時,呀媽常常都到老牌燒臘店-華豐,買燒臘做餸,今時今曰,華豐燒臘店大改革後,變身為飯店與燒臘檔合而為一,飯店內的裝修十分古色古香,我特別喜歡天花板上的吊燈,精美萬分!今晚菜色1)粟米冬茸羹 - 本人喜歡食粟米羹,但原來加咗冬茸會更好味(2)霸王雞 - 雞肉煮得剛剛好,嫩滑非常(3)枝竹豆腐火腩煲 - 好夠火喉的小菜,火腩用了燒肉做(4)蒜子時菜扒班片 - 這個小菜清清地,但又幾好味喎(5)炒時菜 - 簡單的炒通菜也做得不錯

今晚菜色:
(1)粟米冬茸羹 - 本人喜歡食粟米羹,但原來加咗冬茸會更好味

(2)霸王雞 - 雞肉煮得剛剛好,嫩滑非常

(3)枝竹豆腐火腩煲 - 好夠火喉的小菜,火腩用了燒肉做

(4)蒜子時菜扒班片 - 這個小菜清清地,但又幾好味喎

(5)炒時菜 - 簡單的炒通菜也做得不錯
