經過尖沙咀,見過好多次呢間酒樓,今次終於都走進去一試。一入到去,是那種舊式茶樓,地方寬敞,環境衛生正常,就是那種不過不失,乾淨但舊的感覺。看看餐牌,都是正常的點心,我就點了個燒鵝四寶飯套餐,連例湯及菜,$88。 例湯係西洋菜豬骨,正常味道,湯料足。 而灼唐生菜幾好食,灼得幾爽口。重點係四寶飯,明明係燒鵝四寶飯,但上枱變咗油雞,我再望望燒蠟枱,無燒鵝,所以都不去問了,因為問完都唔會有燒鵝,而我又揀唔到其他心水。 四寶有油雞,叉燒,分蹄同咸蛋,每樣餸都好味,唔會係平價野既感覺。 舊式茶樓嘆茶,都係有一番風味。
