To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

嗰日老細心血來潮,突然話要請客。我就以為平時吝嗇嘅佢會帶我去大排檔食,結果佢帶咗我去盈館食午餐,嚇咗我一大跳。我喺嗰度諗,佢係咪發燒咗定係中咗馬票。既然要請客,我就唔客氣咁叫咗幾樣我想食嘅嘢。我最想食嘅莫過於食神叉燒飯。叉燒肉質入口即化,鹹味同甜味都取得咗平衡。香軟嘅白飯令叉燒肉味更上一層樓,仲有鹹蛋,有如畫龍點睛嘅感覺。我哋仲點咗金蒜陳醋拍青瓜,老細嘅開胃菜。青瓜經過拍打後入口清爽,濃郁嘅蒜香味,陳醋帶嚟味道嘅平衡感,味道層次非常豐富。我哋仲點咗雪花墨西哥叉燒餐包,鬆軟嘅麵包加上美味嘅叉燒肉,老細仲食得津津有味。仲有就係鮮蝦蒜香脆春卷。鮮甜嘅蝦肉同蒜被一層金黃色嘅脆皮包圍,簡直完美搭配。豉蒜虎皮尖椒係我老細最鍾意嘅一道菜之一,擁有微微嘅辣味,撲鼻而嚟嘅豉香同蒜香,令我哋食得欲罷不能。老細話下次一定要陪佢再嚟食過。
