餐廳位於中環老蘭的心臟,最旺的那個十字路口從榮華里行進去便是,除了室內之外還有歐多牙座位方便需要頻繁呼吸的朋友,環境和氣氛都相當唔錯。靚女 bartender 推介了我這一杯 VOLCANO,上枱的時候還會點火助興,以熱情果為主軸,加上青檸汁及君度橙酒,整體帶點 mojito 的意味,不過就多了熱情果的香氣。RUBY,另外朋友點了這杯沙冰,以士多啤梨果雕而成的玫瑰花一上桌經已非常吸精,味道是士多啤梨、檸檬加上薄荷的味道,打成沙冰,非常清爽。NUEVO WINGS,雞翼炸得極度酥脆,上枱的時候還是熱辣辣的,餸酒一流。GRILLED OCTOPUS WITH GARLIC OLIVE OIL,八爪魚充滿嚼勁,帶著淡淡的海水味道,配以面頭的炸蒜片令人滿足,特別欣賞伴菜薯仔經過走油處理,外皮香脆令整個食感更富層次。ROAST IBERICO PORK SHOULDER WITH GRAVY,豬扒中間是誘人的粉紅色,廚師將豬扒切條方便進食,脂肪與瘦肉的比例為四六比,豬味極度豐富,伴菜同樣有炸薯仔粒和西班牙青椒,與豬扒間著同吃,美妙。
