To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 香港老飯店有多年歴史,最近在南豐中心開業,就在我寫字樓附近;既然今天剛好有機會,就和朋友一起去試。主要吃上海菜,店舖裝修甚為新淨,坐得很舒服,只是略嫌檯迫一點,但絕對可以接受;中環貴租,開多兩張枱,做多些生意,完全明白,而且招呼甚好,我不介意。先來前菜,不過不失。雲吞雞湯做得甚好,外面吃不到;湯鮮甜。小籠飽也不可錯過,肉汁一咬下去會飛出來,很新鮮,而且薄皮。豆苗是我的至愛,也點了一客,炒得很香,很有懷舊味道。雞絲煨麵也是我的推介,麵條很軟熟,而且雞湯煨得很好味。到中環不妨到這裏一試。
